Autorská práva k dílům Ludvíka Kolka

Veškerá autorská práva k dílům Ludvíka Kolka jsou chráněna podle zákona č. 121/2000 Sb., autorský zákon. Vykonavatelem majetkových práv je komunita Emmanuel.

Jakékoli užití děl vyžaduje předchozí písemný souhlas komunity Emmanuel. Souhlas je nutný zejména pro:

• rozmnožování, šíření, publikování a zpřístupňování děl veřejnosti, včetně zveřejnění v online prostředí, sociálních sítích, tištěných publikacích či audiovizuálních dílech;
• jakékoli úpravy, zásahy, změny či adaptace, včetně spojování děl s jinými díly nebo prvky;
• užití pro duchovní nebo pastorační účely (liturgické materiály apod.);
• užití na přebalech knih, v ilustracích, propagačních či grafických materiálech;
• komerční, institucionální či jiné veřejné využití.

Autorova osobnostní práva, zejména právo na uvedení jména a právo na ochranu integrity díla, musí být vždy plně respektována.

Copyright in the Works of Ludvík Kolek

All copyrights in the works of Ludvík Kolek are protected under Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act. The holder of the economic rights is the Emmanuel Community.

Any use of the works requires the prior written consent of the Emmanuel Community. Consent is required in particular for:

• reproducing, distributing, publishing, or making the works available to the public, including publication online, on social media, in printed materials, or in audiovisual works;
• any modifications, interventions, alterations, or adaptations, including combining the works with other works or elements;
• use for spiritual or pastoral purposes (liturgical materials, etc.);
• use on book covers, in illustrations, promotional or graphic materials;
• commercial, institutional, or any other public use.

The author’s moral rights, especially the right to be identified as the author and the right to the integrity of the work, must always be fully respected.

Tous les droits d’auteur relatifs aux œuvres de Ludvík Kolek sont protégés par la loi n° 121/2000 Sb., la loi sur le droit d’auteur. Le titulaire des droits patrimoniaux est la communauté Emmanuel.

Toute utilisation des œuvres nécessite le consentement écrit préalable de la communauté Emmanuel. Ce consentement est notamment requis pour :

• la reproduction, la diffusion, la publication et la mise à disposition du public, y compris la mise en ligne, la publication sur les réseaux sociaux, dans des imprimés ou dans des œuvres audiovisuelles ;
• toute modification, intervention, altération ou adaptation, y compris l’association des œuvres avec d’autres œuvres ou éléments ;
• l’utilisation à des fins spirituelles ou pastorales (matériels liturgiques, etc.) ;
• l’utilisation pour des couvertures de livres, des illustrations ou des supports promotionnels ou graphiques ;
• toute utilisation commerciale, institutionnelle ou publique.

Les droits moraux de l’auteur, en particulier le droit à la paternité de l’œuvre et le droit au respect de son intégrité, doivent toujours être pleinement respectés.
